JCS Properties is run by Alec and Leanne Cocker from their home in Aberdeen. We are private Landlords - not letting agents - who only advertise and manage our own properties. We have been renting property for almost 20 years and pride ourselves in delivering a personal service.
First Class Homes
We aim to provide high quality and comfortable homes in beautiful locations. All our properties are thoughtfully finished to a high interior specification and all garden maintenance is undertaken by our own landscaping division, James Cocker and Sons to keep the grounds in first class order.

We manage all our properties ourselves - no more dealing with awkward managing agents who are slow to resolve problems. We are available to deal with any issue 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year and all our tenants have our mobile phone numbers in the event of any emergency.
