Our properties for rent in Aberdeen are located at the edge of the city in a peaceful location close to the commuter suburb of Kingswells and only a few minutes drive from the city centre.  The AWPR is minutes away, offering quick access to the north and south of the city in minutes.

Whilst Aberdeen was once dominated by the granite and fishing industries, today many people in the city are employed in the oil and gas sector.  Our properties are exceptionally well located for Primefour, Westhill and ABZ business parks. We are also around ten minutes from Aberdeen Royal Infirmary and Aberdeen Airport.

All our properties are very close to the Core Path Network which offers tranquil walks and biking routes.  There are ample opportunities for hiking, horse riding and fishing nearby.  There are several world class golf courses in the area and the beautiful scenery of Royal Deeside and the Cairngorm National Park is around 40 minutes away.

Aberdeen has a vibrant nightlife with restaurants and bars catering for every cuisine, four cinemas, a world class art gallery, local parks, live music venues, dolphin and sea bird spotting, beautiful beaches at Aberdeen, Newburgh and Balmedie, historic sights and numerous gyms and health clubs.

Shopping in Aberdeen is dominated by Union Square and Bon Accord shopping centres, but there are plenty of independent shops catering for every need from world cuisines to designer boutiques.  There is a thriving market held every month on Belmont Street selling local produce, fresh fish and crafts.

There is plenty for kids to do in Aberdeen, from a world class gymnastics facility, rock wall climbing,  skate park, leisure pool, ice arena and horse riding.  Educational needs are also well catered for with good access to local schools and nurseries, four private schools and two well regarded universities.
