JCS Properties are private landlords offering high quality homes to rent in Aberdeen. We have 3, 4 and 5 bedroom homes available, including a recently converted steading with modern interior and exceptional views, and traditional farmhouses with period features thoughtfully restored and finished to a high standard.
All properties are fitted with German kitchens, integrated Neff appliances, luxury bathrooms from Laings of Inverurie, extensive exposed woodwork, wool mix carpets, intruder alarms, made to measure curtains and beautiful finishings and attention to detail throughout. This is not style over substance however, practicality comes first.
We do not use managing agents who all to often provide a poor quality of service to tenants. We do all our own property management and maintenance and even look after the gardens. We do not quibble over repairs, so if something needs fixed, we get it fixed. We are available 24/7/365 to deal with any problems.
